Tajima Serial Connection Adapter

Parallel connection

Hi guysJust wondering if anyone has used a serial cable to attach their PC to Tajima Neo TEJT C1501?I'm running Wilcom Studio 3 on my PC and use a USB to serial adapter. I would need a 9 pin female to 9 pin female serial cable to make a direct connection.I can make a cable up but wonder if there's an 'off the shelf' cable solution?Any comments appreciated.JohnNewegg, Best Buy, Monoprice, Tiger Firect and Amazon should have what you need. Just have to figure out which length you need. They go from 6ft all the up to 25ft.

Well, I must be doing something stupid! I can't get the connection between my PC running Wilcom Studio 3 Elements and the Tajima Neo TJET2 embroidery machine! The serial settings are set in Wilcom - serial com6 & 19200 speed however, I don't know what other settings should be to get it to talk to the Tajima - stop bits 8? Flow hardware? Etc etc. There aren't many settings to be entered on the Tajima - just the speed 19200 and network on.I' getting a RS232 Error on the Tajima!Any suggestions? Thanks. Are you still using floppy disks, hoping your mechanical floppy drive system made in the 1990's can last just a few more days while chewing up hard-to-find double density floppy disks?
